Yesterday I had to purchase glasses for the first time and really didn’t know much about what I needed or what would work but Katherine was AMAZING!!! She was very helpful and made the entire process so easy and understandable. I would definitely recommend asking for her. Thank you Katherine for all your help

The friendliest, helpful and kind staff. This was my first time buying a pair of eye glasses... they were patient while I tried on every pair... yet, thoughtful and honest... about the pros and cons of each pair... helping me find my perfect pairs... I had lots of questions... and every question was answered professionally... and the prices were good... like it was in my budget. I cannot say enough good things especially Katherine... she went into detail to help me understand how progressive lens work... I really couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Going into this process unfamiliar with glasses care, what styles would fit me best, and how the insurance process worked, Jasmine made everything so easy. I have been a loyal customer for years, and this was easily the worst experience I’ve ever had here. I understand that employees can be busy or overwhelmed, but there is no excuse for treating customers with disrespect. Sintya was rude, dismissive, and spoke to me in a condescending manner, as if I were stupid. Instead of trying to help, she had an attitude throughout the interaction and made me feel belittled for simply asking questions. I’ve never been spoken to that way at this business before. Will not be coming back. I hope Sintya can develop the people skills she needs.
