Walmart Vision Center

Today I was helped by a very sweet and friendly Sarah! She made sure I knew exactly what I was getting, what I was paying for, and how it would affect my vision. Even though her day was very chaotic she did not let that show. She remained very calm and professional and made sure I was well taken care of!

I worked with Sarah to order my glasses and she wasn’t pushy very nice, helpful and professional. I’m not a fan of people hovering while I look at frames, so I was grateful she informed me she was there if I needed help without being pushy or invasive. The purchasing process was simple and pretty quick.

Sarah is fantastic and did a wonderful job helping my daughter pick her glasses. The price and quality were great and the service was excellent.

Sarah G was very patient and knowledgeable of the products and procedures when it came to handling insurance info. She presented all options and was super friendly. Thankful that we were able to get glasses in town versus having to go to another Walmart location out of town.

Sarah is awesome!!! My daughter’s glasses had unexpectedly gotten damaged. I was going to have to drive an hour to get them repaired where I had previously bought them. I stopped into Elgin Walmart Vision where Sarah instantly repaired them while I waited. I will definitely come back!!!!
