Walmart Vision Center

My 12-year old Visionworks eyeglass frames had a hinge screw come out last Saturday, and the lens on that side fell out. I couldn't find the screw, so today I took my glasses to the Walmart Vision and Glasses department in Marble Falls. The ladies there said they had a screw that would fit, and they could fix my frames quickly. Within 5 minutes, I had my glasses back in perfect order. Not only did they save me a trip to the closest Visionworks in Bee Caves, they refused any payment for fixing them. I offered the lady who fixed them a $10 tip, but she wouldn't take it. She just said she was glad to help. I can't thank them enough for the quick, thorough service.

The nose pad fell off of my eye glasses and even though I didn’t get my glasses at Walmart, Toni was very kind and found a new pad for me and carefully put it on, cleaned up my glasses, and made sure they felt good. All at no charge and with a smile! I am so very grateful! Thank you Toni for your kindness! May it come back to you in waves!

January 18th? of 2025 I bought frames and lenses from Walmart Vision & Glasses. Since then, the lenses have consistently popped out of the frames. I went back to Walmart in January 2026 thinking I still have a guarantee and was told I needed a new eye exam for them to honor my guarantee. I got that eye exam, and new lenses were made for the faulty frames. I was told by the person that took my order that the problem was the lenses, not the frames. Well guess what??? The new lenses popped out of the old frames today while I was hugging a dear friend at a funeral. We're scrambling around the floor to find the lenses before someone stepped on them. The screw holding the right side lenses is missing. I'm so unhappy with my first experience with Walmart Vision & Glasses. You get what you pay for 😕🤔

Nancy was awesome. Was right there to greet me, remembered me from the previous night, helped me select my new frames, got my lenses ordered and I was out in no time. Best experience I have ever had buying glasses. Thank you Nancy for an awesome job
