Just wanted to share an extraordinary experience that occurred yesterday. My mom and I were shopping at Walmart, and while we were leaving, I had to fix my Mom's glasses as it was so loose to wear them. We asked to one of the associates (Mark) from Vision center (Store# 5866) if he can tighten up the glasses. Without any hesitation, he fixed it with great customer service skills. I asked him if we need to pay for the service and the only thing he said that if you can give review about our service, that will work. Small gestures matter and here I saw kindness and effort to help other people. Thank you Mark for having such a great customer service skills. Truly appreciate your help!

I had such a wonderful experience at the Walmart Vision Center, and I have to specifically shout out Glenda. She was an absolute DIAMOND to work with! She was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. She took the time to answer all of my questions, made sure I felt comfortable with my choices, and truly went above and beyond to provide excellent service. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people she helps, and that kind of energy is rare. Because of Glenda, my entire experience was smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. I truly appreciate her and would recommend this location to anyone!

From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me. Went in to get new glasses, service was absolutely phenomenal! The best customer service I have ever received at a vision center. To receive such level of high quality care and service truly made my day, and I really appreciate it. If you go I highly request to ask for Ms. Glenda, she is absolutely incredible.
