Walmart Vision Center

Hugo and Laura were the best. I had gone to Americas Best and they wanted $464 for my glasses with insurance. I went over to Walmart and they got it down to less than half of that. In addition to saving me money they helped me pick out the perfect glasses for me!!

I have been coming to this particular vision center for about four years. The main draw was the friendliness and customer service from a very kind gentleman by the name of Gerald. His compassion and kindness are what brought me in and have me returning. They have the least expensive and widest selection of contact lenses. Also, over the years the selection and prices of glasses have improved. I am truly a happy patient!

Love the atmosphere Lorrence loves her job loves what shes doing. Iam definitely coming back next year for my eye prescription.

I cannot hold this any longer this is and have been an ongoing issue since October 2025 and here we are into a new year 2026 I have repetitively carried my glasses to Walmart because of this ongoing issue that they keep stating is fixed I already have vision issues due to related hereditary illnesses which i have Stressed to Walmart the importance of must that I have my glasses I have not had my glasses with me for 4 months because I have picked them up in the same issue still exist I have talked to the manager and nothing seems to be working so I told them when I pick my glasses up yesterday now I have inform them that I was going to my eye doctor because they told me that the protected coating that they were putting on my glasses they had taken off because it is causing my glasses to keep having a film crazing on them no matter how you wipe them it came and comes back upon me stating that I going and will be taking them to my eye doctor Walmart rep , told me it's no need to take it to my doctor because their solution was still on my glasses when they assured me yesterday before I took my glasses home again that there was no solution put on my glasses and that it had been stripped which was not the truth I have been very adamant with these people (Walmart)about the condition of my eyes and the importance of me having my glasses I was also asked if I could put off my appointment until I get the new pair of glasses that they are ordering and was asked if I could hold off on the survey review until they fix these glasses and I would have if this would not have been a 4-month issue why should I hold off on something that's been served to me that I cannot use but have paid money for ,This is not right I have read and a review where a young lady stated that she paid out of pocket and they have done nothing about accommodating her she cannot see due to the solution that's on her glasses I have also had a lady in her 70s address me and tell me she keep bringing her glasses back into Walmart having them to clean them and then they're fogging right back up I have addressed Vision center , Walmart told them this solution is damaging my eyes the solution the manufacture company is putting on my lenses the Walmart rep young lady I talk to she told me she don't know why they put it on there the solution when she had put in orders for them not to put that solution on my glasses because on my request as a customer I asked them not put it on my glasses because it is causing me blindness she then stated to me did even if they take the solution off they're still maybe a possibility of my glasses fogging in crazing which is not a true statement because it's not in the prescription when she stated that I felt like my intelligence were being downplayed a prescription is not going to cause crazing what does a written prescription has to do with crazing and fog on your glasses It not who drop the ball here is who all because this young lady is not the only person that I talk to concerning my glasses that's my prescription is being addressed by too many people I'm sick and tired a running back and forth to Walmart having this issue wich they cannot seem to resolve and I was never offered a return the glasses back and get a full refund but yet they want to keep inflicting this up on me having to strain my eyes for months today I will contact the proper people and stop talking to all these tails and go straight to the heads including insurance my doctors and CEOs of Walmart I'm not trying to get nobody in trouble but this should not have went on since October 2025 and here we are in January 2026 and then they state that they can't give me any refund back that's insane they offer no gift card no accommodation or nothing for all that I have endured and the reason that I'm going this route I don't want more uh-ohs and I'm sorry I've been hearing that for 4 months too long

Ask for a lady called Patridge Wills This lady knows what she is doing, so patient, so kind and very fast with resolving issues. Today she helped me fix a problem that was on my glasses I had requested for reading only glasses But I couldn’t see well, she took time to show me other options and explained how all work.
