I have always gotten my glasses and contacts from here and never had any issues. Tony helped me and was great! He was conversational so it was enjoyable as I waited and he even helped me get clarification on some insurance changes. I appreciate how attentive he was through my duration in store even as I browsed the frames. Amazing employee!

Cynthia and her team have the Midas touch! I brought in 2 new pairs of readers with different magnifications. They were able to switch the lenses so I could have one pair of frames with two different lens power at no charge! Super helpful and friendly customer service. I love that this location has the Lion's Club donation box for eyeglasses and hearing aids recycling, so I will return to donate my other reading glasses. I had a pleasant experience and highly recommend!

I had picked up my glasses today, I didn’t have the same experience as I did when I was choosing my glasses the first time but it’s fine the only thing that was needed to improve from Tony that he didn’t asked if I still wanted to purchase the warranty for my glasses & maybe more professionalism, but I got nothing against & still thank Tony & keep up the good work. Charlie did amazing he had answered my questions & concerns. He perfectly went through everything with me & made sure that my insurance was covered. He really showed me more recommended glasses that would protect me. Charlie did the best job & good bless him & his job & continue to keep up with his great work always!

I had an amazing experience at the Walmart Vision Center thanks to Mrs. Cynthia and her incredible team. We were in a stressful emergency situation after losing our glasses on the river and genuinely didn’t know how we were going to make it home safely. Mrs. Cynthia went above and beyond to assist us with kindness, urgency, and professionalism. Her support truly made all the difference, and because of her, we’re able to get home safely. We are so grateful for her help during such a critical moment. We also want to give a big thank you to Mrs. Melissa and Mr. Charlie for their teamwork and care. The entire staff made us feel supported and taken care of every step of the way. This experience showed us that if we ever face an emergency like this again, this is the place we can trust to help resolve it quickly and with genuine compassion. Thank you all so much!
