Dylan has been such a great help whenever I need something or the other for my glasses. I had seen him 6 months back to secure a few screws on my glasses and today I saw him to get new frames, as always, really kind and helpful. Thank you so much.
I had a wonderful experience! Dylan helped me understand my insurance, helped me pick out the perfect pair and measured me up for the frames. He informed me that it would be up to 10 days but it turned out to be only 4! I was thrilled :) The glasses fit perfectly and I can see like a champ. Dylan was truly GREAT! The costumer service aspect he naturally nurtured made me confident that I was making this investment at the right place. His other colleagues were also very friendly and accommodating. One of the ladies even gave me her chair while she was doing her inventory. And now look how cool I look! (dog approved!!)
