Absolutely fantastic! Stephanie was really helpful, and even held the store open a few extra minutes so I would have time. The price of lenses was also really reasonable, overall 10/10 reccomend. This is the second or third pair of glasses I have bought here, and each lasted over 4 years.

I had a great experience at Walmart thanks to Amal. We had an issue with a warranty, and she was extremely helpful, patient, and professional. She took the time to clearly explain the company policy and helped us understand what benefits were available to us. Some of the details were a little complicated, but Amal handled everything with kindness and patience. We were in a pinch and trying to get to Houston, and she was able to help resolve the issue within about 15 minutes. Her support truly made our day. Really appreciate Amal’s excellent customer service.

Amal was great!!! I really appreciate her patience with me, and she helped me very well. She also put her lunch on hold to continue serving me all the way through the process. My stress level was up very high when I came in and she was so gentle and kind that it came down almost immediately. What a great smile she has!!!

I got my eye testing done here, and I had a really good experience. The optician, Miss Amalalzoubi, took a lot of care and patience while helping me choose the glasses. She explained the options clearly, suggested some really good frames based on what suited me, and made sure I was comfortable with the choice. Her recommendations were genuinely helpful, and I really appreciated the attention and care she gave throughout the process
