Alondra, was amazing and very helpful. She took care of my glasses and did a fantastic job. I recommend this location for anything to do with your glasses. Repair, Rx exams, and glasses.

Excellent service! Miss Debbie fixed my glasses today; she was so kind, professional and quick! I’ve come here repeatedly for multiple reasons: my eye exams, buying glasses & also having multiple glasses repairs, every single interaction has been professional and super pleasant. Best “eye Glasses” experience in El Paso, from start to finish.

Great customer service. Went in when Santa was working and the kids were very happy and the workers treated me and the kids really well. They were a great help for getting my glasses fixed 10/10 would recommend

I am hoping to have cataract surgery in November and need some reasonably priced glasses to hold me over. Alondra was very helpful and helped me determine my basic needs. She explained the difference in various lenses and never pressured me to upgrade or buy more expensive glasses. Very much appreciated the service.

I came into Walmart especially to go to the Vision Care Center and I was blown away with such great customer service and amazing friendliness from Isabel and Alondra. These ladies went over and beyond to help me out. Very grateful to these ladies!!!!!!
