Walmart Vision Center

I was traveling and lost the contact lens for my left eye, so I needed one quickly. Sheree was incredibly kind and helpful. Really appreciate the great service!

All I can say is amazing. This crew is so amazing, they give me faith in humanity as a whole. Genuine, caring, efficient and helpful. Knowledgeable, thoughtful and kind. I can't say enough. From help with insurance, to making sure I got the right prescription, to treating me like a friend. You guys are the absolute best. Thank you

All I can say is WOW, WOW, WOW! Walmart finally did it right. They hired a permanent doctor rather than have doctors come in a day or two a week. I was examined by Dr. Vu today and was so impressed with her knowledge and thoroughness. This lady is a class act. I will absolutely return and will recommend her to everyone I speak to.

I was pleasantly surprised at how good of an experience I had here. I didn’t think I’d have such a good time at a Walmart vision center. The doctor was very nice and listened to all my concerns. The ladies that work there were all very kind as well. I was able to chat with them and they helped me pick out glasses that look cute on me. I’m happy to say I’ll be going back

Under the current circumstances (Covid-19) I understand there are certain restrictions. That being said I felt that our experience was disappointing. My daughter had appointment for an exam, which went fine and great, we were hoping to be able to pick out some frames. But there was only one associate to help, who was helping the previous appointment that had just picked out her frames when we arrived. 45 minutes later after our exam was over the associate was still assisting the guest with the rest of her children, whom didn’t have an exam with them, to pick out new frames etc which I think really didn’t qualify under the restrictions. Needless to say we waited about fifteen minutes longer to see if things were going to wrap up with previous guest, but of course still trying on frames. No emergency or new patient/script. I’m really disappointed in how this was handled and felt like they should have just wrapped up the transaction of the previous guest and only her not all the kids also. So that they could assist us when our exam was over.
