Walmart Vision Center

I have never needed glasses and I have obviously then never worn contacts. As I tried to find out answers to the questions I had, I felt so uncomfortable trying to get the help I needed from the two women who were working. I do not come across bad customer service very often, actually rarely do I ever come across those who lack interpersonal communication skills and who are so unskillful at making you feel welcome. I will never go here for service and I will never recommend them based on this experience.

Horrible rip off! The only reason I went here is because the woman working there game me a quote of $223 out the door. But when it was all said and done it ended up costing me $380 with the eye exam, for basic lenses. They charged me $70 for each lense!? I've never had that happen anywhere, ever! All in all the woman who quoted me$223 dollars is a straight liar. There is no other way to put it. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy let alone someone I cared about! Tricked me into the one time sale at the cost of basic integrity. Should have just been honest with me on the estimate. Is I could give zero stars I would!!!!

I would recommend seeing Jude she is very good at helping patients.

Not all heroes wear capes. Jude is quite possibly the nicest woman I've ever met. She really went the extra mile to help me out after having a bad experience at the West Valley Walmart. She made my whole (terrible) week better. Compassionate and understanding. Someone give this woman a raise. Walmart has no idea how lucky they are this woman works there.

Excellent service. Quick and efficient. I was treated and listened to like a person. Hada 30-45 minute conversation with Jude, who was such a compassionate angel.
