I arrived about 10min early for a new patient appointment today. I was immediately greeted warmly by Tammy, who helped me check in and ensure all my insurance info was correct (and later kindly explained some options for me as she arranged payment). There were a couple of other people sitting in the waiting area as well and I got called back pretty much exactly at my appointment time. I didn’t get the nurse’s name tag because my glasses were off for most of that part lol, but she was lovely and even brought me a cup of water after the dilating part. Dr. Lynch was amazing! She was attentive and kindly explained each part of the exam. This was my first time at an optometrist without a parent so it was a little scary, but she made me feel so at ease and I really felt like I understood exactly what was going on. The exam itself was quick and easy, and afterwards I was sent back into Tammy’s arms to finish up paperwork and be sent on my way armed with my new insurance knowledge. I smiled at three people as I left. Overall vibes immaculate. 5 stars cannot wait to come back next year!
