We absolutely love Dr. Bateman! He is not only an excellent optometrist, but also one of the kindest doctors we’ve ever met. He takes his time, explains everything clearly, and genuinely cares about his patients. He’s wonderful with my entire family and makes every visit a positive experience. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for top-quality eye care!
Just went there for the first time today and had the best experience! Maddi helped me, she was kind and explained how my insurance worked, she helped me pick out the perfect frame and I love it! Super helpful I will definitely be coming back!
Best eye doctor I’ve ever been to. Checked with my insurance before doing anything (took 5 min) and made sure I knew the cost of everything before continuing. I got fitted for new contacts and a new glasses prescription and it took under an hour for everything. Highly recommend!
Dr. Bateman is so calm and kind, listening to my concerns, taking his time explaining things, and just being an amiable human overall. I always look forward to my visits with him. Plus the additional staff is friendly and the clinic is clean. I especially appreciate the contact removal areas equipped with all of the handwashing things.
