It was my first visit here and I found a nice space, convenient downtown location, and great people! I was particularly impressed with the clinical staff, including especially Emma and the doctor. In fact, the doctor came up with a novel way to solve an eye problem I'd been dealing with for years. Really happy here!
I did an eye exam, bought frames and lenses, and got contacts. The doctor was great, and my vision is considerably better. Mary, however, was the true star. She was fun to pick out glasses with (and I can be pedantic, I’ll say) and helped me find a pair I absolutely adore. She even ordered my pair special since they didn’t carry my size and style. And got me a hard case for my glasses that are a mix between mid century modern, and something that would come to Michelangelo in a dream. 10/10. No notes. I will be returning in the future based on this service. Absolutely.
Wanted to shout out to this amazing and friendly place. I'm visiting SLC for work, and my new glasses dropped a screw on Monday. Went to this place since it's near my hotel, and they took care of me from the second I walked in. Didn't charge a thing for their service since I still had the screw and all, and no wait to be helped either. The service lady fixed the dropped screw, tightened all my others, and even cleaned my glasses. I was in and out in 5 minutes for my fix. A big thank you to this friendly, speedy, and professional place for saving me while I'm away from home!
Truly, one of the best last places in America. I run into people from all over the world that have shopped here for the most amazing looking eyeglasses. Definitely worth the stop one. Buddy was on a connecting flight. Got off the plane game. I got glasses and then took the next flight to Chicago.
