Dr. Barlow gave me the best eye exam I've had in years, if not my whole life. Much, much, much better than America's best. He's also very knowledgeable and addressed my allergy/dry eye issues with contacts. They offer a 1 year warranty on glasses for $40 which I think is a steal and will keep me coming back especially when the 2 pairs cost me $400. $80 extra is well worth it. However Caleb explains the warranty as being a one time use and the rest of the staff explains it as a one year and honor it as a one year so not sure what that was about.

We love coming to the Walmart Vision Center in Syracuse! Dr. Barlow is very kind and takes the time to explain exactly what he is checking out with each test. The staff is very helpful each time we have to buy contacts or glasses. We've been coming here for the last 6 years and don't plan on going anywhere else!

The best eye exam I have ever had. The doctor and staff are extremely kind and knowledgeable. Cutest selection of glasses too. Love this place.

Dr. Barlow and the assistants at this optical center were outstanding during my visit in March of 2021! He took the time to do a thorough eye examination for me. He answered all of my questions, and provided what I feel is a very accurate and helpful eye prescription for glasses. Then his assistants took the time to work with me and help me select a nice pair of eyeglasses. This wasn't easy for them because of the COVID-19 precautions, but they were patient, kind, and helpful. They also offer all of the available options for lenses, including high quality Nikon lenses. I highly recommend this great little optometry shop!

Dr. Barlow is excellent at what he does!! He’s been great with my hubby and our child & young adult. I would highly recommend him to anyone. We also save so much money here!
