Took my glasses in for a simple frame tightening. For some reason 3-4 of them went back with my glasses. Then when they returned, they were indeed tightened but with 2 new chips in the lenses that are very apparent in my field of view. They said they didn't see it happen; but they were absolutely unchipped when I handed them to them. Now I'll either need to buy new ones or get used to permanently looking past the chips.

I've been coming to this location for years. Everyone who works here has a lot of experience and I don't feel like they're pushing an upsale. For example, my prescription is very close in both eyes but not exactly the same; Dr Baker asks me if I want to get both contacts in the same prescription to make it easier, while he could just as easily sell me twice as many contacts for an imperceptible difference, and I wouldn't know better. They give you options, explain them, and let you choose without steering you to the more expensive option. It keeps me coming back. Julie and Stevee are also great and have been here forever.

If you're looking for the best bang for your buck on eye care service look no further. Hands down the best experience I've had!! I thought my vision was decent but due to the nagging of my friends I decided to get an eye exam here and wouldn't you know it I desperately needed a new prescription. The staff is polite and best of all they have the best bilingual employee that will take care of you. I took over an hr. to figure out what frames would fit my big head and she never lost her patience even with all my annoying questions. Once my frames arrived I put them on and I had 4k vision!!!

Dr. Baker and his staff were incredibly helpful at getting me an appointment at such short notice. You can tell that Dr. Baker does his best to make sure you (and his other patients) are taken care of professionally, without making you feel pressured to buy a pair of glasses or contacts before leaving. Extremely happy with my experience. Unsure about the one star reviews for this location, as the staff here are top notch.

I've taken my family to Dr. Baker for over 10 years now. He has always helped us out even when they have had a full schedule. He is very professional and will take his time to make sure he gets your prescription just right. He's also great with my kids and helped my son be able to wear contacts for the first time!
