Paige and everyone from the Wal - Mart vision center are awesome I frequently come in to have exchanges or repairs done on glasses and they are the absolute best!!! The service is top notch and they are always so great to work with!
I’ve been to other vision centers before, but none of them come close to the service I get here at Walmart Vision Center. OP#007872 – Paige – is the only person I trust to help me. Every single time I come in, she’s friendly, professional, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. I’ve never had a single issue with insurance when working with her—she always gets it handled quickly and correctly. She explains everything clearly and makes the whole process smooth and stress-free. I won’t go anywhere else in town, and I won’t let anyone else help me but Paige. She’s the reason I keep coming back! I won’t go anywhere else in town for eye care—this Walmart Vision Center is the only place I trust, and that’s 100% because of Paige. Every time I walk in, she’s not only professional and knowledgeable, but also kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. She takes her time explaining everything and goes above and beyond to make sure everything with insurance, orders, and appointments runs smoothly. Even when things get busy, she handles it all with grace and keeps a smile on her face. Paige is the only person I’ll let help me—she’s that good. If you want excellent customer service and someone who actually cares about getting it right, ask for Paige. She makes the whole experience feel easy and stress-free.
Had an amazing experience with Rosanna Castro at the vision center. She went above the call of duty and called my insurance, got my Rx faxed over, and helped me fill out my reimbursement form I feel very fortunate to have had her help. Thank you!
Myself & family will not ever be returning to this Walmart Vision Center after the horrible experience I had today with OP#007872 (I think Paige but could be wrong). I have never in my life left an optometrist office in tears but got to experience that today. The salesgirl was completely rude & belittling. Odd considering when I had my appt a month ago she ran my insurance incorrectly and I wasn’t able to get my contacts at that time so I left as a courtesy for her to figure it out & come back at a later time to reprocess the transaction. I guess a lack of knowledge gives you a right to be condescending to customers. Walmart vision may be convenient but I would rethink making this your optometrist of choice if this is the level of service that’s appropriate.
