My review is for the vision center only. The ladies were beyond kind, determined to help and truly cared. My adult sister, Sara, is mentally handicap and broke her glasses over the weekend, with today being a holiday (MLK 1/19/26) I didn't think there was anything to help my sister, I called Walmart and they said come on in! The lenses were undamaged but the frame was broken, they went through each glasses frame and found the one frame that fit my sister's lenses perfectly! Honestly, it kinda felt like a miracle. Not only were they helpful but so lovely to my sister, me as well but they were patient and joyful. Thank you ladies! You both made a positive impact for my sister and for multiple people that are important in Sara's daily life.

We had an unpleasant encounter with a man name Tim at the vision center. I have visit many walmarts vision centers before and never had this horrible experience. When we arrived he seemed uninterested to help us, he looked at us in a strange way my daughter and I felt so uncomfortable but decided to continue with the process of purchasing her glasses because we were there already and also there was no one else to help us just him. He asked for my daughter's last 4 digits of her SS number when I told him why did he need that he said that our insurance require it. I have never had anyone ever ask for my SS to purchase glasses under my insurance. We felt discriminate by this guy, we felt that he was being prejudice and also super rude! He has horrible customer service skills and need to reevaluate if he wants to continue doing this type of work.
Everyone there was so very professional and knowledgeable. From the beginning I had the best experience. I hadn’t been in to get glasses for years, but everyone there was so kind and helpful. That was the best choice I had made for an eye exam and getting new glasses. The Doctor next door could not have have been more professional and informative, much less friendly and kind. I was so impressed!!! Will only be going there from now on, they are the best!!!
Pamela the "vision center manager" was rude and unhelpful. If I had any other options for solving the issue I went in for I would have left. Exceptionally rude.
Staff is always friendly and helpful. Definitely will continue to use them for my family's vision needs.
