Melinda was great and very friendly. My glasses broke and this Walmart Vision Center was the only place open for miles. She offered to fix them free of charge and got it done in 5 mins - even though she was busy. I’ll be buying my glasses from here moving forward.

The staff was friendly when they told me I couldn’t return unopened boxes of contact lenses that I couldn’t use due to the fact it was over 60 days. I wish when I order a years worth I was told of the policy. My bad experience started with the eye doctor not giving me the right prescription for myself and my daughter. With me being a first time contact wearer m, I didn’t realize you aren’t suppose to feel the lenses on your eyes. I struggled with blurry vision and I’ll fitting lenses. I did go back to the original eye doctor for a refit and was charged another office visit fee. The contacts were still wrong. I went to a new eye doctor and had both my daughter’s and my eyes re-examined ( my daughter wasn’t able to see signs clearly) we both got a new prescription. As I described my issues with the new doctor she gives me a sample of a new contact lens to try but did inform me I might be someone that can’t wear the lenses at all. The difference was phenomenal, on the recheck visit with no additional charge she tweaked the prescription for one eye and I have been able to see clearly and without irritation. My daughter can also see much better with the proper glasses. I will not be going back to this vision center.
Called asking for a price of an eye exam. The person who I was talking to had a thick accent and told me the price and something else that I couldn’t make out. When I asked him to please repeat what he said he angrily YELLED at me and hung up. Very poor customer service.
Fixed my glasses quickly after the lens popped out, adjusted fit and cleaned quickly.
The hispanic lady that works over there was very helpful today. She helped me a lot
