I am very disappointed with our experience at this clinic. I brought my young son for an eye check-up, but unfortunately the environment was not child-friendly at all. The doctor’s behavior was very rough and impatient. My child was already scared and crying, yet instead of calming him, the doctor handled him forcefully and pulled his eyes open without proper explanation or consent. What made it even more concerning was that the doctor did not wear gloves during the examination, which is unacceptable when examining a child. This approach is not appropriate for children and made the situation worse. As a parent, I expect care, patience, hygiene, and understanding—especially when dealing with kids. I do not recommend this clinic for children.

Dr Darrell Reisner is the best ophthalmologist . He is very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. The doctor took the time to examine my eye and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. I never felt rushed during the appointment, and I really appreciated the detailed eye examination. I highly recommend Dr. Reisner for anyone looking for knowledgeable and professional eye care. I feel confident in the care I received and will definitely continue returning for future eye health needs. The office staff were also very friendly and helpful. Great customer service!!!!

My visit experience with the staff/doctor assistant Merin was very unprofessional on her part. Merin had a bad and disrespectful attitude toward me. She chose to address me as Mr. using my first name. When I stated that if she wanted to address me as Mr., then I’d appreciate it if she used my last name instead of my first name. She refused to try to address me as Mr. using my Last name, and reacted angrily by asking me: isn’t your name Phillip? That’s my first name, I replied. I then asked her to look at my chart and use my last name as stated therein. Again, she said: isn’t your name Phillip? All this time she kept addressing me as Mr. Phillip, but refusing to use my last name. I showed her how to pronounce my last name and asked her to use it if she insists addressing me as Mr.. Then, she said - what’s wrong with you? Are you OK? Then, when it came to having me read the vision test, she did not give me any directives, and I asked her which eye she wanted to start with: it’s your choice, she replied with an annoyed voice! I said no, you tell me! We wasted a few minutes there arguing about which eye’s vision to test first. By this time, I was completely exhausted and distressed, and almost ready to leave the room or call for another staff/doctor assistant to work with. I hope, I don’t come across Merin on my next followup visit.

The eye doctor Deena Tailor was fantastic. She was very thorough and helpful. I loved the fact that she took her time to discuss my specific issues and you could see that she cared. She even remembered to ask me about my daughter whom she had seen several years back! I highly recommend her and the Eye Center
