I had a great experience at Target Optical! Before my visit, I called to verify if my insurance was accepted, and the front desk staff was incredibly helpful, providing me with all the information I needed. Scheduling the appointment was simple, and the wait time was minimal. I came in for a routine eye exam, and Dr. Kim was both polite and professional, making the process smooth and pleasant. Overall, the entire experience was excellent, and I would definitely recommend Target Optical to others!

Dr. Nguyen showed me a lot of care and empathy. She listened to my concerns about the lenses I'd been wearing and helped me to get to a pair that worked for me. She also was thorough in looking through my family medical history and suggesting how to care for my eyes in the long term. 10/10 would recommend!

Wonderful experience this year as my exam was explained to me in detail. Dr Nguyen was very helpful in ensuring I was made aware of changes which may have occured since previous exams. As well she informed me of things to take note of going forward as the eyes will change. I was made to feel comfortable from start to finish.

It was amazing, including all her staffs are so wonderful. I feel welcome the minutes I walk in, which is awesome. I never had this great experience for any of my eye doctor visit or any doctor visit because they seems they do not care for you and you feel intimidated by that.
