Drs Panner & Wen

Dr. Wen is phenomenal! Would definitely recommend her to anyone. She is thorough in her exams and takes the time to answer any questions.

This practice is phenomenal. The whole staff is helpful, clear and friendly. The office is immaculate. My family and I see Dr. Wen and she has helped, and is helping, us so much. My family has particular needs regarding our eyesight, and I feel like we are in perfect hands with Dr. Wen. I'm also sure that Dr. Panner is fabulous based on what I have heard others say. I'm so glad to have found this practice and plan to be with them as long as I live in the area.

Well after some horrible experience with all of my kids and wife with big optical names throughout Gainesville and Haymarket area, I followed my wife’s advice and decided to look at the Panner and Wen reviews. Huge up-charges and plain dishonest business practices were normal with companies like Myeye Doc and Lens Crafters. Seems they are taught these crafty tricks that do a double dip into insurance Through my wife’s persistence in reading (with overpriced reading glasses!) what our insurance did and did not pay for. People..! read what you are entitled to. Most don’t and I wasted hundreds of dollars over the years with these shysters! Anyway I digress. We are here to discuss Panner and Wen. What a delightful experience. I saw Dr Tanner who was knowledgeable, friendly and a joy to talk to. My eyes had improved and I really only needed a small reading correction. Did Dr Tanner do the hard sell and encourage me to buy their special titanium framed, anti-glare, anti blue tone computer screen cancelling bionic vision glasses? No she suggested a three pack from Walmart! We all have different eyes and honesty is a value sadly lacking in commerce nowadays. I’d like to say I’ll be back for their business but seems I don’t need to. But I will be sending my myopic kids to them and avoid all the haggling we have to do with the big optical names. People, heed my call and do the same….or read the small print and save your cash when you go to MyEye doctor and Lens Crafters and all owned by the Luxotica group

They are good, but the thing is, I oder a set of Meta sunglasses, 1st the lady was like "these are so expensive", yeah yeah it's ok I can pay for em, lets do the order, and here we are more than a month later and still no "expensive sunglasses"... "they are on backorder"... went to target and got em same day... anyways now I'm trying to cancel the order and I got the feeling it's going to be a pain... wish me luck! Update: After talking to them, they processed the cancelation, I know they are not issue, this lands on their provider, the only thing was the loong wait and no updates, thank you!

If your looking for an optometrist this is the place to go. Dr. Panner and Dr. Wen are the BEST!!! They are compassionate and care about your eyes. They told me things that I was not even aware about my eyes and my daughters eyes. The manager Kimberly is so sweet, kind and greeted me with a warm welcome. The eye techs Theresa and Donna are so helpful and did a fabulous job. The office is clean and spacious. They have so many great frames to choose from and at a great price. My daughter and I will definitely be returning there for our eye care needs. Trust me once you go there you will not be disappointed. Amazing service!! Amazing Dr's!! Amazing staffs!!
