Went late on a Friday night because my daughters' glasses had gotten broken. We got there right before they closed and Bob couldn't have been nicer. I thought we had gotten her glasses here and they were under warranty as I had bought her sisters glasses here turns out we didn't. Bob still fixed them for us and didn't charge us. They are as good as new if not better. Would definitely buy glasses from them And shout out to Bob who was great during the entire interaction.

Bob and Cindy truly saved the day!! They were incredibly helpful and I was in and out of the store in under an hour with my new glasses after my main frames and back-up frames broke. The relief I felt knowing I would have new glasses the same day is indescribable as someone who cannot see more than 3ft in front of them without glasses. Thank you!!

Dealing with LensCrafters was a really excellent experience. From the very professional Dr. Taylor to the professional ladies in the store, Cindy and Anna. This is the first time my husband and I are going to get prescription glasses so it was a real pleasure to deal with extremely helpful and kind people. We are seniors so no experience getting prescription glasses until now. It was a real pleasure all the way around!
