Walmart Vision Center

Would love to make an appointment to find out for myself how good or bad the business is..... however I have been calling for the last 2.5 hours to make an appointment; evidently they don't need new patients because no one is answering the phone. Edited 5/31/25 Why do you even have a vision center if you dont adhere to the hours posted in the store and online!!! It clearly says they are open Monday- Saturday 10-6 it's 405pm on a Saturday and they are closed. Mind you I was informed they haven't opened on Sat since August of LAST year. And no one feels it's necessary to post the changes. What are the ppl that work supposed to do.... literally take time off just to get their glasses fixed/adjusted.

I stopped by today and the tech who adjusted my glasses was great.

Won't answer phone .like to know it my glasses are ready,before 30min drive for nothing

I was lucky enough to go to the vision center in Rocky Mount, VA. Two people help me there, Jonathan and Ms Victoria. I couldn’t have asked for two better people to help me. Not only to pick the right glasses, but they were both so knowledgeable about glasses, Progressive, transitions. Ms. Victoria helped me to pick out glasses that I absolutely love. You couldn’t Ask for two friendlier people that went out of their way to accommodate me.
