I've gotten glasses here from Robert and Carl, both of whom are now working elsewhere, and now Kylie. All three are great, and Im really fortunate that Kylie is often in the store these days to help with anything "optical"...she really knows the business and the business of taking great care of her customers, including me. I had some issues with an incorrect prescription and it was tricky to figure out and address but Kylie was very helpful throughout the process of getting things straight. She's very bright, detail-oriented, personable and patient. All aces, you can't go wrong here. A very extensive selection of frames and lenses at low prices seals the deal.
