I went there for my last eye appointment and glasses. The experience was okay, but this time I've had no luck even getting an appointment. I filled out the booking request form on their website: no response. I called the office and left a message: no response. I filled out the booking request on their Facebook page: no response. I responded to their email reminding me I needed an appointment: no response. I'll be going elsewhere.

Front staff is inattentive and lacks and care. Male frame selection was out sent me to other location that also had no frames. Very bad experience. Although Dr Wood was amazing.

Went to pick up my eye script- And pick out to purchase a pair of glasses but because it was too close to closing time… I was turned away- I guess these online places will get my monies 🤷‍♀️ and the $479.00 that goes with the frames I like. And switching to Vistar for future eye exams. Do better ladies.

This place is total scam. I have an amazing insurance and yet they always find ways to have me pay out of pocket for all the “add ons” and when I decline they get super rude about it. The overall customer experience is at zero. They prioritize profit over care.

Went in to get my 3 year old glasses and they managed to put the wrong prescription in them TWICE so I’m out over $300 in useless glasses because they refuse to fix this mistake THEY made.. don’t go here
