Vistar Eye Center

During my visit my tech, Sara was amazing. I always hate the questions better at 1 or 2 as it often seems the same. I have often become frustrated and even emotional at feeling pressured to give the “right” answer. This time Sara was so patient and caring that I felt I was not pressured, this was by far my best experience in many years of eye appointments. If I could request Sara for all my future visits, I would. Dr. Brooke Conner-Tsang was amazing as always. She addressed all my questions in a way that I felt heard and left feeling I had a better understanding and action steps to address my eye problems.

My experience at an annual check-up was very pleasant. The check-in was done quickly with a very friendly receptionist. The wait was short and my examination with Dr. Tims was thorough with all my questions answered. Highly recommend this practice.

I have been to Vistar since childhood for glasses and contacts and cannot recommend them enough! I see Toni for contacts and she is always helpful and offers samples for new lenses she thinks I will like. My last appt my ophthalmologist was out and another doctor fit me into his schedule so I wouldn't have to wait - so thoughtful. Great place with amazing staff!

Dr Tims was awesome. Very personal and knowledgeable. We would recommend him and his office to anyone needing eye care. He also was able to get to get us in to a specialist the same day. Thanks again, Dr. Tims!

Great experience at Franklin Vistar....Dr Tsang was professional, knowledgeable and kind and gave some good advice and options on addressing the problems I was experiencing...All staff that I encountered was fantastic with great customer service abilities. The office its self was very welcoming and just felt comfortable compared to others I have visited.
