Pearle Vision

I had an incredibly good experience yesterday with Sandy Fox at the Valley View store in Roanoke VA! She was so friendly, extremely helpful, patient and kind. As you know, when shopping for frames for glasses, the selection is daunting. I appreciated her honest feedback and suggestions for different frames I tried on! This was my first ever visit at Pearl Vision. I've always purchased my contacts and eye glasses elsewhere. My experience yesterday with Sandy makes me want to go back again! Looking forward to getting my new glasses! Thanks for your help, Sandy! You deserve a raise!

Pearls Vision at valley view in Roanoke had amazing customer service and Angie was awesome in assisting me in finding exactly what I wanted. I had been to other places last year and no one listened but I’ve learned my lesson. Pearle vision had a fantastic selection and Angie knew exactly which pair to pull for me and it was the best service I’ve had since 2009 when I was in Vancouver!!! Thanks Angie for listening and I can’t wait to get my new glasses !!! I’m uploading a pic of the glasses we chose. They are a blend of brown , blk and mauve!!!

She is very friendly and knowledgeable, spent a lot of time with us choosing frames and discussing lense options, and comparing our insurance vs store discount. Very pleasant and informative visit!
