My best friend recommended Dr. Kartesz. I’m so glad I scheduled! Everyone was so kind and professional. Definitely top notch knowledge and care. I’m grateful this is my new place for yearly check ups! Bought a wonderful pair of Ray Ban frames too. 10/10 Dr. Kartesz was very personable and professional. He really made me feel at home.
Appointment was easy to set up and I was able to get an exam scheduled within the week. The receptionist and everyone I encountered were extremely professional, nice, and personable. I saw Dr Giusto and he spoke clearly, plainly, was very attentive, and had a wonderful demeanor. The entire exam/experience was relatively quick and easy. I would HIGHLY recommend Kartesz Family Eye Center to anyone. I was overall extremely happy with their service, professionalism and warmth.
I like the fact that they send a reminder of your upcoming appointment. When arriving you are greeted and welcomed, from checking in to checking out the ladies are very pleasant to work with. I was very pleased with the Dr I seen this time, he listened to all my concerns and questions. He gave good advice and asked questions, I felt very well taken care of. Yes I would recommend going here.
Everyone was friendly and very helpful. The doctor made me feel welcome and was incredibly helpful. When it was time to choose frames I wasn’t pressured into making a huge purchase. I was led to the frames in my price range and didn’t feel like I had to make a purchase at all. I enjoyed my visit and will definitely be a patient for as long as they’ll have me!
Most everyone is super friendly. There was one girl who was all business.. Nothing wrong with that as a whole. But being friendly is part of customer service. Dr Kartesz makes you feel comfortable and makes sure you'll be able to see better than ever. Thank is is my second visit there and I'll definitely go back next year
