Walmart Vision Center

My go-to place for all of my 👀 & 👓 needs is the Vision Center @ the Burgess Walmart & today was just a reminder of how top notch they are. They are always professional, friendly, transparent & most of all capable. Continue to charge only for products needed in the repair. What a deal! Extra shout out to 💫 JADE 💫 for her 5 🌟 service today. I will definitely be returning.

I had a terrible experience at a myeyedr a few years back, and it caused me to put off getting my eye exam done for a long time. When I came in for my appointment, nothing negative was said about me being out of date, the exam was efficient and easy, the staff personable, and my insurance question answered. I ended up paying out of pocket and the price was more than reasonable. The secretary gave some recommendations for online options for my frames. Fantastic service and a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. I should have come in sooner.

I had a pair of glasses that I had bought and prescribed by America’s Best & their inventory no longer had my frames available. The frames were broke into two sections so I would’ve had to have a new exam plus new glasses. Money is a little tighter due to a wedding. I went to Colonial Optical, again nothing. Took my chances and went to The Vision Center. Not expecting the service I received from Michelle Patnode. When I say service I mean above and beyond CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am so very thankful for the time she took out to help me. You should be very thankful for someone who cares about her job. I will return as long as Michelle is there.

I waited almost 6 months to purchase a Rose color wired frame. Staff assistant Missy and Tiffany came to my rescue. Tiffany located the Rose color wired Frame, I tried them on and was pleased. Then Missy asked if I looked at the New shipment. There they were "Perfect Cat Eye " soft Rose plastic frame. The Ladies were personal, friendly with Great Customer Service. Tiffany called me while I was on vacation to let me know "My Cat Eyes" had come in. I picked them up today and they are Beautiful, Looks good and I received compliments after leaving the Vision Center. I will return to this Walmart Vision center. Thank You

Great service !!! They have amazing prices that fit every budget. One of the things that made the process of getting glasses easier was their fantastic staff. They are super helpful and informative, plus they are hilarious which makes time fly by. Overall it was an amazing experience and I would honestly recommend anytime!!!!!
