Costco Optical

Everyone here was really lovely! I'm an anxious wreck at medical appointments. Dr. Marquardt and the man who blew air in my eyeballs (I'm so sorry I didn't catch his name) made me feel totally at ease. My glasses came today and the prescription is spot on. I toast a chicken bake in their honor

This was by far, the worst eye appointment I’ve ever had. The doctor (Marquardt), was rude and very short with me when I tried to explain my situation and when I wanted to ask questions. I felt as if I was a bother and shouldn’t have scheduled at all. Considering I paid for my appointment, this should not be the case. Every other optometrist I’ve gone to has at least given me the decency of making me feel like a respectable person. (Note: My original appointment was cancelled and they didn’t bother to reschedule me after several days so I called back and had to schedule myself even though they cancelled on me and said they would call.) In short, I would not recommend that anyone go to this optometrist and I will be making the drive back home (>1hour away) for my next eye appointment.

Marcia was excellent the first time I went to her and she has continued to be . Between my husband and I, we have purchased 6 pairs of glasses from her. She is the one that realized that the location for my biofiocal was not the same on both sides, one side had to be higher than the other that is why I was always adjusting my glasses from other know optical shops not understanding why my prescription was always off.

Marcia is Amazing! She is so competent and thorough and really knows her stuff! Great experience!

I only gave 3 stars cause a couple of the ladies that work the counter can be a little short with you and tend to talk over you.. It seemed rude and unprofessional. The glasses came within the time frame I was told so that is a plus. I feel the ladies are just so busy they get almost a grumpy attitude. Hope they read this a nd realize it shows!!
