I had a terrible experience; I bought a pair of glasses that had the wrong prescription. The manager on duty refused to resolve the issue and tried to blame me, claiming the problem was with my eyesight. Fortunately, I had my previous prescription—the one I was currently using and which they had provided—yet she offered neither a refund nor an apology for the inconvenience. Instead of acknowledging that the glasses were made incorrectly, she made me go to the Pasco store, since that was where I had originally gotten my eye exam. This cost me both time and money. I used to shop at this store—this was my third pair, and my wife had bought two others—but after the manager's incredibly rude behavior, I have no intention of ever buying anything there again.

Thank you Britney! Driving from Portland, Oregon to Schweitzer in Idaho to go skiing and noticed my glasses were very loose and in danger of losing a lens. Popped into Walmart vision in Kennewick and Britney notice a screw was about to fall out. She fixed it without charge and was so professional and sweet. Thank you again so very much!

Amazing experience! Had an appointment for my husband and I and we both had a great time. Dr Owen was very kind and helpful when he was explaining my prescription needs and Shelby was so amazing and sweet when she was helping us find the right glasses for my prescription.

Went in for new prescription glasses after 13+ yrs. Monique went above and beyond too give me information about coverage and price. Also Meta glasses and how those can be prescribed as well. I had no idea!!! I will be going back, Monique made it an awesome experience!
