I wasn't expecting alot but I was blown away with the professionalism. The pre tests went better than expected. The telehealth approach was super smooth as if the doctor was right there. Myranda T. made my visit super fun and easy. If you're unsure where to go to get an eye exam I'd highly recommend coming here.

Came in because my vision with contacts is -5.75. Took exam, got prescribed -6 but they would only give me -5.75 for contacts or alternatively -5.5 even though the sole reason for coming in was because my vision with contacts is currently more blurry at -5.75. Went back and forth with no resolution. Do not go here as they will not provide the service you paid for. Target optical offers same pricing and they actually have real doctors in office not some “certified” doctors through zoom.
Audra helped me exchange frames from another Walmart. She was very helpful and informed about the products. I really appreciated her professionalism and knowledge and kindness.
So let's redo this review. So apparently according to how you stand and hold your head they can adjust where they put the vision when you look out of your lenses So for me my neck is totally straight. So when I'm standing or sitting my neck is straight up and down because of medical problems. So when I look out my glasses I'm not slouched forward or told him a head forward so my line of vision is straight out of the middle of the lens Well they don't want to put your vision down there. So they say they adjusted it but in reality they did not. And the girls say oh well we'll fix your glasses so that way you're looking out of them properly. Well they bent them so much that a year down the road the frames all start popping loose at the welds. They also stripped the screws or screw as well overall it is a bad experience between all three stores. The quality of lenses you're going to get a better quality over at Costco and I don't know if you have to have a membership to go to Costco to do that. I would avoid them at all possibilities and try a different store than the Walmart glasses centers
The doctor here is very nice, I was worried that I would overthink my responses in the exam but the doctor was very thorough and ensured I got the correct prescription. The staff are also very nice. Normally I don't like anything on my face, but Jenny helped me find a set of glasses that was stylish and light enough that it doesn't bother me.
