I have been attempting to just buy grocery store glasses for years but they were so challenging during outdoor activities (hiking, climbing). I took the plunge and decided to go talk to the Eye Center about getting contact lenses. All of the staff were amazing! The doctor explained everything in detail and within a week I had new contact lenses that have changed my life. I am so happy with the whole experience from start to finish. The staff here is caring, patient and awesome. Thank you!

I spent a little more than $500 & the optometrist got my prescription wrong. At first he wanted to see my glasses so he'd have a starting point but then he said he got it. I am a cancer patient going through chemo so I could not get back to him until a month later. He wasn't in that day so I went another day when he would be in and for some reason he had to be away. I still do not have the correct prescription in my glasses or contacts and it's very frustrating because I can't see the signs when I'm driving and I have to drive to Seattle/Tacoma area. I'm hoping that he will be in on my next trip so that he corrects my prescription. I only hope they do this without me having to pay again. There was an extra charge for exam for contacts & extra charge reading lens on glasses so in the end $500 for a senior on social security Also the frames I bought broke immediately and the gal who measured where the reading part would go on glasses did it wrong so I have to wear glasses half way down nose or depth perception is wrong & I misstep.
I took my 9 yr old daughter in for an eye exam for the 1st time today & the lady at the front desk Sonya if I remember correctly was absolutely amazing. She did the photos of her eyes, so we didn't have to get them dilated & played this spaceship game with her to help her feel comfortable. She said her eyes were the lasors & they were hunting aliens. It was so cute & made both my daughter & I super comfortable there. Also the dr was great as well. Amazing experience, we would definitely recommend.
Dr Law is a great eye doctor with good bedside manner. He helped me feel much better about what I was going thru with my eyesight. And the other staff is very friendly and helpful.
I had scheduled my appointment with them a few weeks back. I get a text 7 days before my appointment reminding me of my appointment. Who needs to be reminded 7 days in advance when most appointments have reminders the day before. Then I got another text the day before the appt, then a call the day of the appointment saying they no longer take my insurance. They knew what insurance I had at the time of my appointment and when they text me. They could of done this sooner as I could of made an appointment somewhere else. I hate this walmart. They didn't follow cdc guidelines when a pandemic was killing many. So glad I never have to go back again. Plus the doctor charged my insurance twice. He had just done my exam a month prior but did it wrong because my readers didn't work. That was on him not me or my insurance. He failed in his examination.
