Came in to have new nose pieces installed. In the adjustment process my frames were broken. Next morning I came in and the manager gave me new frame that my lenses would fit (at least as close as she could get). 2 days later I picked up my glasses from the table to put them on and they broke in half at the bridge. According to the website they are to be open from 10 to 2 on Sunday. I went in to get another frame only to find that they are shut down on Sunday now due to covid lies. I need my glasses to drive. I am an over the road truck driver and now I'm going to be forced to delay my pickup on Monday because the store doesn't open until 9 am. By that time I would have been at very least being loaded if not already rollin. This will cut into my finances for the week and put me behind from the start. NOT HAPPY!!!!!
