The Dr. was very informative about both my old and new prescription. When I went to pick up my glasses the other doctor was also extremely informative and listened to my concerns and took the time to explain why my old glasses weren’t working for me and what to look out for.

Dr. Hatton was extremely kind, helpful, and informative. The place was kept clean and the other staff were very friendly.
I have a strong prescription and prisms. The Dr was horrible. He was upset with me for not bringing in my previous script. He went in and out of the room to figure out my current script off my glasses. The reading portion of the new lens'was at the very bottom of the lens. I had to look down my nose to see. They talked around the whole issue. Blaming me. Wth? I have worn glasses for almost 40 years and progressives the last 5. I returned the glasses and they never contacted my insurance company. All they have to do is send a fax to reverse the claim. The excuse this time is the their billing department takes a long time. What the heck.
Great experience! The person who helped me with my contacts (Josh) was excellent--great customer service and very helpful.
I was skeptical about going to a walmart for contacts, but I've had no issues. The doctor did seem a but condescending about the questions I was asking. Maybe he was having a bad day? Either way. 5 stars.
