Had a great experience here. The 3 employees were very helpful and courteous and friendly. I would definitely come back... they fixed my glasses and did a great job.

Went to get prescription for my glasses, was there before 7. The lady Vicky or Niccki did not acknowledge me or my girl. So I went out to my car to get my items. My girl was still in there. So when I came back the manager told me while dealing with another customer that we are closing at 7, remind you she never acknowledge me the 1st time. So now it's after 7. I was highly pissed because I came all the way to that location to get it done.
Dr. Cook is amazing. Great doctor but Bret the manager is the WORST! Put the wrong prescription in my glasses twice. Then when I came to pick up at 5:15pm when they close at 6pm and he's taking his break this late and I have to sit and wait when I have insulin with me that needs refrigeration. Sorry once I get my glasses I will not be back.
I was called to come pick up my order, everything was paid for. When I arrived there was a gentleman there with his 2 boys, there was a slight problem I guess with verifying his insurance. Then she started the whole process of sizing the the kids glasses......mind you she never greeted me or said one word. I know she recognized me and knew that my order was a simple pick-up. I waited about an hour and if wouldn't have said anything, she wouldnt have said anything. Just seemed like a lack of efficiency and not good customer service. I could've been gone within minutes after arriving. I guess common sense isn't so common.......finally it was my turn and it took less than 2 minutes!
Germantown Walmart Vision Center has been a great find for our family, as we have traditionally spent a lot more money in the past at other "more exclusive" optical stores. Here we get an exceptional price for a huge selection of glasses that more than suits our needs, including my daughter's prescription soccer goggles that haved saved her eyes more than a few times. My husband, myself and my 2 daughters have been coming here for at least 3-4 years, and the exam/ service by the optometrist and all the vision employees has been thorough, professional, couteous, and somehow we always end up with smiles on our faces when we leave. Staff is genuine and very knowledgeable, highly reccommend.
