Went with my mom to this Walmart and specifically to the vision center. I’m from out of town and my expectations were low for a Walmart vision store, but I was blown away by how kind and helpful the staff was here. My mom is a retired senior and had a hard time making a decision on new frames. She was taking forever but the staff was so incredibly patient and helpful. We dealt with Nikki, Justin and even another staff member, possibly named Aubrey, since we left and came back. They were so knowledgeable, stayed within her budget and were incredibly patient. My mom’s glasses won’t be in for another two weeks, so I can’t report on that aspect of the process, but the staff here is worthy of praise and I can’t imagine them screwing up the follow through. Highly recommend this vision center for the difficult customer needing glasses in your life. :-)
