First time the doctor dated my prescription with the wrong year (it was in April not January) so I could not get it filled when I needed it. Assuming it was just an 'error' I made another appointment. This time he put the wrong prescription in my file, so when I ordered my contacts I was sent the wrong prescription. I can't see with them!!! When I contacted him asking him to get me the right ones, he said no and told me to make another appointment. Since he was unable to do it right the first time, I declined. And I still can't see.

I have been hesitant to go to Walmart for my son’s glasses because I’ve had pretty bad experiences at department store vision care places in the past. However we decided to give it a try this evening. We were met by Carrie, the manager who was a breath of fresh air as far as customer service goes. Thank you Carrie for changing our minds!
