Walmart Vision Center

Not very good with wanting to help the customer here. Used them for a long time, but probably not anymore. There is one lady in there that is a rock star her name is Connie, but the rest look miserable as soon as someone walks into this location..........I mean how dare customers walk in and actually ask about buying something!! So for me until they change their staff it is real simple Connie is a 5-star, the rest a negative -12

They talk you in to buying their one year warranty then they won't honor it. I took my glasses in to replace lenses and the woman who obviously needs a pair of glasses told me she didn't see scratches.so no more of my business there.the glasses aren't that good anyway.

Stopped in to get a price on a pair of safety sunglasses and had the pleasure of having both Sabrina and Mandy assist me. They both were extremely helpful and spent what time was needed to get me the best price. They both had a good sense of humor and were very helpful. While I am getting prices from several establishments, I hope their price is the lowest so I can work with them again.l

Let me start by saying I don’t generally take the time to fill out these reviews. However, I would highly recommend this Walmart Vision Center location. The entire staff Brennee, Mona, & Stacy were extremely helpful. It had been a couple years since I replaced my glasses and honestly I was a little out of the loop on how the process worked. Very appreciative of the staff for their support and for the additional time they took to educate me on my best options. Will 100% be returning to this location in the future. Also SHOUT OUT as every employee was wearing a mask… the correct way. ✊🏻 Thank you, Joshua
