Dr T. Shawn Stephens O.D. is fabulous. Straight up friendly and helpful, never in a rush. Truth is EVERYONE in the office is friendly! Won’t go anywhere else.

This was my first visit to EyeDoctors WV. I've suffered with dry eye most of my adult life. I was very pleased with the evaluation and recommended treatment options from Dr. Showalter and her staff. Everyone was very professional in the service they provided. Anyone suffering with dry eye needs to know there are options to get relief.

It is amazing how things has changed since covid. At one time places of business tried to help now they are like whatever. I have been dealing with Eye doctors in vienna for a while now. It was all because of the way Dr. Showalter helped me during the year vienna lost power. I had metal in my eye and I went in on a Saturday and she was very helpful. I alway rememberd that and i decided to go there when I got insurance and go to the eye doctors. I been draling with them for years now. Now they are forcing people to have a test done. My wife went in there and they pretty much told her that if she don't like it there is other places to go before they started enforcing it. I just called today and asked if they started doing that and was told yes. I asked to cancel and that was it. The person seemed to have a little attitude to begin with. This person must be new because any time i call they are happy and helpful. But at one time places wanted business now they are like oh well go some where else. I could see if I was being rude but I wasn't. Oh well they just lost my business and my money from not just me but my family.

Love the dry eye center The staff there are always so nice . Never long wait . Dr Stillwater is great at her work .

I’ve been a patient for about 6 years. Dr. Showalter has improved my dry eye condition so much, that I only need to see her once a year . She and her staff are very professional and friendly. I highly recommend their office for dry eye relief!
