Was greeted right away and taken care of. Overall I was taken care of quickly and my glasses were done in less than an hour and I had two pair. Had to come back next day and get them fitted more to my liking. But my experience both days were great.
The staff is awesome. We had such a good time picking out our new glasses 😆 I got one pair within an hour.... I was able to use coupons to save money. Bought one pair and got the 2nd pair free. My husband's glasses were 40% off! This place is the best 👌 👍
Paid $40 for TWO pairs of glasses that were made within 28 minutes! Great prices! Great workers! Great frames! Great waiting times! Absolutely great place! Will be going again and telling everyone about this place! For sure worth it if you need new glasses for cheap and quick!
Merchandise and prescription services are fine, but the store is terribly understaffed. I have been twice to pickup ordered glasses and both times had to leave after waiting for longer than 30 minutes. Staff are not lazy or unresponsive - just overworked and undermanned. They need a dedicated employee just for pickups. Meanwhile I've spent several hundred dollars for eyewear I cannot successfully pickup.
I URGENTLY needed glasses I got in a wreck and lost mine, by law I can’t drive without my glasses. I drive an 18 wheeler for work so I needed them BAD. Everywhere else takes weeks to get them, my wife found Eyemart express and said they make them same day!! Quick and easy transaction per my insurance I got 2 pairs a main and a back up!! Both were done in under 25 minutes. 10/10 I would recommend them to anybody they were friendly, kind and you could tell they cared!! They were joking and playing with my daughter, which is amazing!! All around great business and great establishment. I’ll definitely be getting all my glasses needs from them from now on!!
