I just don’t understand how someone goes on lunch dead smack in the middle of the day. Not only that but close down the entire vision center. The least they can do is let it be known that they close at weird times now I’m inconvenienced the rest of my day and still lensless thanks 😏 Come back to edit this to say even though I had to wait the customer service was excellent the minute they walked back in speedy fast and polite

Walmart, You Should Be Ashamed of Yourselves Here we are again, Walmart. Dealing with Walmart Plus feels like being stuck in a toxic relationship—you keep hoping it’ll get better, but it never does. Your management and hiring practices, especially at certain locations, are absolutely unacceptable. Let me start with the tire center. If it weren’t for two employees—Mia and Loajee—I’m convinced this situation could’ve ended in a lawsuit. The staff you’ve placed back there are clearly untrained and disorganized. All I needed was a simple tire sensor programmed. That’s it. Thankfully, Mia took charge and got things moving, and Loajee—who deserves a raise Mia as well—showed more professionalism and courtesy than I’ve seen from any of your other tire shop professionals, Loajee even taking the initiative to protect my seat with plastic. Both of them went above and beyond while the others fumbled around, completely lost. Now let’s talk about Jaylen—the young man I constantly see working the entire parking lot alone. Every. Single. Time. He’s out there in 80- to 90-degree weather, chasing carts, doing the work of 3 people while your so-called managers look the other way. I asked if he was okay, offered him a drink, and he told me he’s grateful to have a job and just wants to save up for his own apartment. He also said he couldn’t talk long—he didn’t want to get yelled at. Yelled at? For what? For doing the entire parking lot by himself? That’s not just poor management, but if feels like exploitation. Walmart, your frontline workers like Mia, Loajee, and Jaylen are the only reason your store is still standing. But your management? It's failing them—and your customers—miserably. Do better.

I read some of the reviews and wondered if I should look at eyeglasses at this location. I still went and couldn’t have been treated any nicer by Liz and the other associate working. I found out that my insurance was not accepted by Walmart. This didn’t stop Liz from trying her best to help me. She said they could offer me a 10% discount and still probably be able to offer a great price. She was correct. The store could offer me a price less than I was quoted at other locations using my insurance. I would recommend the Colerain location highly.

Walked in around 9:30/10am on 1/24/24. I asked the woman (blonde/brown hair, heavier set) who was sitting at a desk if she could tighten my frames and bend them back so they weren’t lop sided anymore. She told me no since I didn’t buy them here, and I asked her why as I’ve gotten this done at Walmarts vision center before, no problem. While in the middle of this conversation, she answered her personal cell phone and started talking on the phone, so I left without an answer as to why they couldn’t help me. She was very rude to me… I ended up going to lens crafters for them to fix it for free, no problem, no questions asked to where I got my glasses from. How ridiculous and shameful, Walmart. Do better.

Got new glasses 5 months ago. When I received them they were just handed to me without any fitting or anything. I went back later to complain and the girl took the glasses and made adjustment to the frame and accused me of sitting on them. Never asked me to put them on or adjust in any way. Will never use them again.
