These people are flat out scammers. Ive been a patient there for some time, even after having been asked to pay via cash or cash app for a "fitting" that never even took place. I was last seen in September of 2024, when I ordered 6 months of contacts. I called last month and was told the soonest they could get me in was tomorrow, January 22nd. Today I received a phone call from them telling me that my insurance only covers a visit once every 24 months and expects their patients to go a full 12 months without being able to see before they will cover anything else. He added that of course, they would still love to see me if I could pay in cash. I then asked if I could at least come up and get a copy of my prescription. He told me I would have to pay for it, but then said "I don't see why it matters anyway, it expired in September of last year. You won't be able to do anything with it." I immediately called my insurance company to verify this information, only to be told that the information he gave me is NOT true, and that he was actually trying to bill the appointment as something else, which would've been the maximum amount he could've gotten from my insurance company (on top of charging $50 cash, which I've seen him pocket.) This place is literally trying to, and is actively scamming their customers.

Every time I call to make an appointment no one ever answers except the customer service department that my non answered calls get transferred to then when I tell them that my calls aint bein answered they tell me to hold on then I get hung up on witch is very disrespectful which by looking at the review being a 2.8 I can see that nobody even cares about these because this problemss obviously still aint being fixed
