I booked online and when I showed up to check in I was told it was a virtual appointment. It was not disclosed when I booked it. Also, this place must be overbooking because I sat and sat waiting to be called back Even had to sit and wait for the doctor to come on the video. Edit; what good will it do to contact your corporate office? I don’t want an apology. I just think others should know about your policies of not disclosing virtual visits and the overbooking that makes it a bad experience.

0 stars. Do NOT recommend! The old curly headed blonde lady was EXTREMELY rude to my wife and I. First, she refused to use our insurance and was trying to make us pay out of pocket, she argued with us for a good 5 min before finally listening to another employee that stepped in and used our insurance. She then kept calling my WIFE a HE even though we are both OBVIOUSLY female! Then looks at her then at me with her arms crossed and gives me a very snide smirk! She should be fired! I have never experienced such rudeness anywhere ESPECIALLY at a Dr. office! Will never go back again! I don’t advise anyone to go here but especially if you’re a gay couple!! Horrible service!

I walked in 3 minutes after my scheduled exam (there was severe traffic) and they told me that I would have to reschedule for a different day. Mind you, last time I had an exam, I waited 30+ minutes. They were rude and inconsiderate. It’s incredible that they have the audacity to act this way for a virtual eye exam. They do not deserve any business. Do not recommend.

I had scheduled a virtual eye exam and wanted the 2 for $95. The actual exam went good the virtual doctor part was different than what I have experienced but everything went great.. Until I went to go pick out my frames. I believe I was helped by Morgan (from what it says on my receipt) I picked out 2 frames. One of the frames I picked out had to have some type of special lenses that cost extra so I said no thank you and went to go find another pair that I liked. Morgan then followed and proceeded to just keep ripping pairs off the wall for me to try on and was being very pushy and rushing me. I finally just said whatever and picked one of the frames she grabbed and the frames were not at all what I wanted and ugly. I understand my appointment was later in the day and she probably just wanted to go home but the store was open for another hour.. there was no need to rush me and be rude about it like I’m an inconvenience.
