This morning I went to see if they could help fix my son’s broken glasses. The worker cut me off mid sentence to tell me she couldn’t help me. That they weren’t going to touch the glasses and she said I needed to go to LensCrafters. I explained that the last time I came to a Walmart eye center they had no problem finding a new frame. She said well we aren’t touching those but you can go to LensCrafters by the mall. So I went to LensCrafters and they helped me with no problem at all! I 10/10 recommend them over Walmarts eye center.

Dr. Pokas and staff are the best. Nice selection of frames and contacts. Reasonable pricing and turn around time. This is a very busy location and they do their best for you. You're ordering glasses and contacts -- not going through the drive-through at McDonald's.

My daughter WAS seeing another eye doctor for 10 years and never noticed her ocular nerve's being smaller then they should be. This vision center noticed it and sent us to Nationwide Children's Hospital to see a specialist. If not for this Walmart's vision center, she would have gone undiagnosed. Thank you so much.

Eye doctor very good. Very nice associates can't go to a better place to get eye glasses and to have an exam very happy with their service here. Associate Debbie was very very helpful. She deserves a raise.
