I do not recommend going to this place. I called to book with them and got in within around a month. I live about an hour away give or take and we drove all the way there for them to be CLOSED. NO phone call. NO voicemail. There was nothing brought to our attention for us to not show up to this appointment. I am a highschool student and had to miss school for their mistake.
Awful staff. Had appt scheduled 3 months in advance and Kelly cancelled the appt less than 24 prior to appt. Didn’t offer any appt for more than another 2-1/2 months instead of trying to accommodate with an earlier appt. . Very unprofessional and disgraceful to the whole medical profession.
We are thrilled with how our 3year old daughters appointment went. Everyone there was extremely helpful and patient with all 6 of our children. The office was clean and comfortable. Dr. Gainer exceeded my expectations. The office is obviously ran with organization and thought because we were in and out so fast! I couldn't believe how quick and efficient they were. Now we are just waiting for her first pair of glasses to come in. Can't wait and we will be making appointments for all the kids there.
Dr Gainer is exceptional. He listens to the child as well as the parent and is unhurried, taking his time to be thorough. I didn't feel like an inconvenience to him which is rare at a doctor's office. His staff is compassionate, capable, and welcoming. Highly recommend.
Dr. Gainer truly is an exceptional doctor, and is probably the best in the valley. He has made more progress on trying to correct my daughter’s eye condition than her previous eye doctor had made in 4 years. He is friendly, professional, knowledgeable to the point and has a courteous staff. The level of care and professionalism Dr. Gainer and his staff has provided my family in the past year has been absolutely amazing. I regret writing the negative review about a misunderstanding last year with one of the staff. I seriously recommend anyone who wants their child to receive the best eye care in the valley, to come see Dr. Gainer.
