I was seen promptly and did not have to wait long. Everyone was courteous, pleasant and professional. The doctor listened to me, explained everything thoroughly and was quite helpful.

Prior to my eye exam, I had looked for new frames and was unable to find what I was looking for. Peggy was assisting me, and searching with me. During my eye exam, I had decided not to make a purchase at Lens Crafters, because I just wasn't well pleased with the selection. As I was gathering my things to leave, Peggy came over with 4 pair that she thought I might like. I agreed to look at them to be polite as she had been so kind and not pushy at all. Out of the 4, two pair were exactly what I was leaning towards! I ended up purchasing my frames AND sunglasses. Peggy definitely made the difference in my customer satisfaction!

My exam went smoothly and I was pleased with the results. I felt I receive an excellent exam. Rachel helped me select the proper frames which was excellent because of her personality and job knowledge. The frame choices were beyond my expectations. I appreciated the discount on the second pair of glasses. I wish Lenscrafters would have been in my network which would have saved me a few dollars. The discount took care of some of that difference. Other staff members were well trained but need to appear a little more cheerful than they exhibited. All in all, is was a positive experience visiting your company.
