Manda was very pleasant and helpful while I was selecting my frames. I had a prescription from the VA which had an err on it. Manda was so helpful and patient as she worked to make it right. I appreciate Manda’s willingness to help me. I look forward to seeing her again when I pick up my glasses. Thank you!
In order a pair of eyeglasses from Pair Eyewear and noticed the bridge of the nose piece was bent. I stopped by to see if they could help me and I was instantly greeted with a smile and they said they would be willing to see if they could bend the nose piece back. They adjusted them quickly and perfectly!!! So happy with my service!!!! Thank you!
Ive always had a hard time picking out frames. There was a very kind and helpful woman named Karen who provided excellent customer service! She was patient, answered all my questions and went above and beyond to help me pick out the perfect frame for my face shape!
I believe her name was Vicky she is such an wonderful lady and goes about and beyond to help us. We've been getting our glasses here for many years and will continue to. Thank you and God bless
