The ophthalmologist was very friendly and extremely thorough. He saw our entire family that day and he spent individual time with each of us getting to know us and explaining to us how well or bad our vision was. When we went into Walmart Vision Center to get our glasses and decide which frames worked best for us they were extremely friendly as well and helped us pick out frames for our new prescriptions. They express the importance of getting the blue light protection with our lenses, it was something that I had not heard of and I'm extremely happy that all of my family members had the blue light protection added to their lenses. Just as the opthamologist did, the ladies that helped us get our glasses made a point to get to know us what we like to do and what type of things we do for fun. They all went above and beyond what is expected of them. We will return each year to get our eyes checked and we will only go to them for our eyewear needs. Great job Walmart Vision Center

Portia went beyond the call of duty to make sure that both my wife and I was satisfied with our new glasses and putting my old lens in new frames while we waited. She is a true professional. Our special thanks to people who care about satisfying the customer.

5 Star Service ALL The Way!!! Highly Recommend!!! Not only were they friendly, they were very knowledgeable about prescription lenses and the options available. I had excellent customer service from Ruby at the Henderson, TX Wal Mart Vision Center recently. She explained my options to consider for my new glasses.
